What turnover is

Turnover is the total amount you must wager before withdrawing bonus winnings. It applies to the sum of your deposit and the bonus, not the bonus alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, the turnover target is calculated on RM200. The multiplier (e.g., 20x) is applied to that combined figure.

Game weighting explained

Not all games count equally toward turnover. Slots contribute the full amount of each bet, making them the fastest way to meet the requirement.

Live dealer table games typically contribute only a fraction—often 10% or less. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as very short-priced favourites, usually contribute zero.

Maximum bet limits

While a bonus balance is active, the platform caps the maximum bet per round. This limit is usually stated in the offer’s terms, for instance RM30 per spin or hand.

Exceeding that maximum bet voids the bonus and any winnings from it. The original deposit remains yours, but the bonus and associated profits are forfeited.

Bonus expiry

Each offer runs on a rolling window starting from the moment it is credited. You must complete the turnover requirement within that period, which is often a set number of days.

If you fail to finish in time, the bonus amount is removed from your balance. Your original deposit is never taken away, but any winnings from the bonus are also lost.

Cancelling a bonus

You may cancel an active bonus before meeting the turnover. This removes the bonus amount and any winnings from it, but your deposit is returned to your balance.

Cancelling can be useful if you change your mind or want to switch games. The option is usually found in the same section where the bonus was activated.

Multiple bonus handling

The platform generally allows only one active bonus at a time. You must finish or cancel the current offer before claiming another.
